@mimsyborogove3906 Trump said he was cooperating fully with the government over documents and he routinely had them declassified before taking them to Mar A Largo. The residence was guarded by Secret Service Agents and Cameras. Warrant was issued Friday search wasn't conducted till Monday. Warrant charges that crimes were committed now the government needs to bring a case and reveal the testimony used to obtain the warrant or drop the case leaving it with political egg on its face. Russia has nothing to do with this or me. Communism is a political movement not a nationality.

@calibean7736 I far from ready to canonized him or proclaim him to be a saviour but these actions appear to be completely unwarranted and just another politically motivated assault on constitutional rights by the FBI.

@ChairYogaForTheAgeless A President of the United States took an important state secret with him for 18 that he wasn't suppose to have. That's going to be a real interesting trial. Is it going to be too secret to tell anyone what it is?

@ChairYogaForTheAgeless It should be thrown out then om the grounds that anything can be routinely marked "Top Secret" without justification or review. For all you know it could be a bunch of secret decoder rings from a cheerios box. Its one thing for the government to hurl accusations of disloyalty against an ordinary citizen and force them from their job but now we are talking about a president. Do you want to launch a 1930's stile Stalinist witch hunt? What's next sending out the police to hunt down all of Donald Trump's lawyers and use obstruction of justice charges against anyone who questions these witch hunt tactics. All he had to do was raise a few questions about Queen Hillary and the whole liberal establishment went nuts.

Wouldn't Congress have to write a law to control how a President can classify and declassify documents before he could be accused of not following such a law. Something like the War Powers Act? He hasn't been arrested yet either. So if it was such a simple case why didn't they just arrest him then and there? Obviously he must be a big threat because of what's in those documents but if that was true why is he still walking around and talking to the press. He cold be releasing the top secret number of decoder rings in the average cheerios box as we speak.

Going to be a tough sell considering the lies the government has told in the past by making information classified like the "Collateral Murder" video. More than likely it will open a discussion on what the government has a right to hide and classify. Something that works against knee jerk war making. Just more evidence that these two parties are coming apart as they become less and less able to achieve anything substantial besides point fingers at each other. Trump became a threat for beginning the breaking up the New Deal coalition of Bourgeois liberals, labor and blacks.

They all hide behind an army of accountants and lawyers since that's why the system always works for them. His crime was publically spilling the beans on the hypocrisy and corruption of the Clintons and Obama. No one is going to take your kind of logic seriously try using the BS on a child. @t1n4444 They've used to "ongoing investigation" excuse for purposes of running political disruption operations of government opponents in the past. Using the FBI as a political police force to enforce though crime legislation and using informants to encourage and engage in illegal acts from which to obtain indictments and convictions. THe FBI provided the intelligence for the Chicago Police assassination of Fred Hampton. Kennedy engaged in a campaign of lies and deceit including nuclear war brinkmanship rather than admit the legitimacy of Fidel Castro's revolution and government know by high ranking State Dept officials and documented in declassified files..

If Trump runs from President from a prison cell after espionage charges he won't be the first one to do so since Eugene Debs got a million votes on the Socialist Party ticker while sitting in a federal prison cell convicted of violating thought control provisions of the Espionage act.

As machines replace labor then the capital value rises but the labor need to produce goes down which is the source of all profits meaning the overall rate of profit by which capital judges all success must decline.

@mimsyborogove3906 I don't have to like or agree with the man or his statements to see that the attack upon him is motivated by Democratic Party partisan hypocrisy. The Bill of Rights was put into the US Constition at the insistance of New England small farmers who wanted guarantees that a strong central government would not act use the type of methods like the King in London did in his quest to stamp out all opposition to the crown. .I myself was investigated as a national security risk and I didn't like it one bit. It is beyond ridiculous that a former Persident of the United States who was twice acquitted by the senate after Impeachment be just dragged about with some phoney national security excuse. The government uses that national security and nuclear secrets charge as way to silence dissent from any kind of government war policy. They stamp something secret send us the bill and never have to reveal what or why they did it.

@mimsyborogove3906 Historically the FBI was founded as a political police force and its sorride history is one of being just that. Has Trump done anything any other departing President did? If those "classified papers" were so important to national security how is it they were they lost for 18 months? The government routinely stamps papers classified and never has to declassify them. In Socialist Workers Party v. Attorney General AG Griffin Bell refused to provide FBI informer files citing "National Security" A federal judge disagreed and held Bell in contempt. The files revealed classified break-ins and dirty tricks as FBI methods used to silvence legitimate political speech. .

You must actual show that Trump urged a violent attack much like Democratic Congressmen and BLM activists did after George Floyds death. @mimsyborogove3906 I don't have a stake in maintaining the respectability of a secret police agency. Now you bring up ordinary charges of theft. So how does that square with violation of the espionage act? I doubt that any modern President does their own packing so you'll need to show more than simple possession to infer theft. The man isn't required to be an angel and most establishment politicians insisted he could not be President from the very beginning. Clinton insisted that Putin was responsible for her loss and anyone against her was an agent of Russia including Trump and other minor candidates for President. I don't just accept what I'm told by the Justice department and Democrats like Biden. Nor do I accept the smartness of Bourgeois Professors and lawyers like Obama. You have all these "Nobel Prize" winning economist who's only discovery is that Karl Marx was wrong. Now they are going to be parading these fools before Congress to give them advice and not one of the will have the slightest idea of what to do besides spend more or less and raise or lower interest rates or taxes.
