Once you cross from the working class and its needs and into the petty bourgeois than identity politics begins to loses its progressive character. In other words what difference does it make what color or sex your boss or the policeman is? Of course a Black policeman out of uniform will still be a victim of the racist justice system and police. The Black petty bourgeois began the struggle against Jim Crow racism but it was Black workers who successfully fought Jim Crow racism in industries like Steel which produced the 1974 Consent decree and the USWA v. Brian Weber decision which upheld an affirmative action agreement in a United Steelworkers of America contract with Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. The Women and Black workers who fought their way into previous excluded trades and industries are a historic gain for the working class as a whole. Today's concepts of microaggressions, those that intrude on personal lives like demanding equal dating , that make a Black Lesbian person automatically a progressive leader by virtue of identity and bad manners campaigns have nothing to do with Marxism or Socialism. Instead they seek to elevate halting of bad manners, the breaking of glass ceilings and having a politically correct personal life as a revolutionary goal. This and the insults they have for workers who are caucasian only divide the working class instead of creating the revolutionary working class unity needed to over through capitalism itself.

Keep talking about the idealist libertarian vision of a no law society except for the right to own as much property as possible enforced by police and military violence. Why does the state need to intervene to prevent a contract requiring dues checkoff? It was just another way for the capitalist state to intervene in union business protecting boss rights and to prolong segregation in the south. Companies with national contracts could now try and drive the unions out of plants in the South. It was dreamed up as a way to try and bankrupt the union movement. Upon striking Reagan called up military controllers and gave them an ultimatum. Go back to work or be terminated, permanently replaced and blacklisted from future employment. This was just another way to reintroduce boss family destroying slavery. The controllers main issue was stress and hours not pay.

One of the first acts of the Cuban government was to issue land titles to peasants who wanted to work the land after breaking up the old hacienda's. Thousands of different wage rates were analyzed and six were eventually agreed to. Another act was to teach the rural peasants to read. Thousands of young people went to the countryside as teachers. In order for a capitalist to 'thrive' he must make millions miserable. That is the truth about Amazon and WalMart. Learning how to beat the other guy with market manipulations, legal tactics and other anti social methods is a completely useless skill. With socialism you have not just the old tools of competition and incentives but the new tools of human solidarity and an increasing level of general cultural and educational level.

The size of that organization of cooperation has reached world proportions. So all comparisons to the animal kingdom can only be seen as a subset of human behavior because no other animal on the planet has the power to transform the planet the way mankind has. Marxism isn't based in sets of principles rather it is science derived from material reality just as all science is. For mankind to create culture he must first feed shelter and cloth himself. That is what economic organization is all about. The production of a surplus is what made the city state and then the nation state possible. Where do the ideas of the capitalist lead? To greater profits and the maximization of all profits at the expense of all other considerations. To the creation of an ever smaller and ever richer class of capitalist while everyone else is pushed into an ever larger and poorer working class with less and less skill. This is the logic of capitalism to more and more competition among the laborers of less and less skill while a few sit at the top owning, controlling, and eating everything as voracious tigers and hyenas. Higher paid skilled labor is the first to be replaced with unskilled labor and machines. Education becomes less necessary as capitalism needs more order takers abd fewer thinkers. Workers are replaceable parts and medical care is unnecessary when another worker can be hired and healthcare is just an overhead cost of industry and government. Yet profit maximization is the cry of the capitalist and his loyal servants in government, university and industry. Hierarchy may have its value but so does decentralization. Economics defies exact computations. Each man's and woman's exact needs change as time goes forward as do the ability produce and general education and cultural level. @theresak.7475 After reading Psalms 139 in both The Catholic and King James Version. It says your were wrought in secret in the depths of the earth. Not in the womb because your either covered or kitted together there. From there it proceeds with the usual slay the wicked, hate them and don't hate them or do whatever double talk. Only the Catholic version uses the word embryo. Why? Embyo comes from Middle English so as a word it was available for use when the King James version was translated but instead the word substance is used. I'd say the Catholics cheated on that one given their most commonly used translations were done in the 20th or 21st century. Every English Protestant version I could find used the word substance with only one using the word body. Its seems to me substance is much more vague. The original writers in Hebrew guessed at what they saw insides a woman's uterus based upon the practice of ripping open your enemies pregnant women during all the wars chronicled in the bible. Still it seems to me the person or soul originates in the depths of the earth and not inside a woman body according to scripture.
