The NAZI's had been defeated long before Bertand Russel made that statement in the middle of the cold war. The historical origins of Stalin's regime and that of Hitlers are NOT the same. Stalin's came after a defeat inflicted on Russian capitalism by the Russian working class while Hitler was a victory for German capitalism over the German working class.

@roadstar2504 Fascism at its core seeks to cut off al political discourse. The fascists never come to power through elections like right wing bourgeois politicians but by use of political violence.
