  1. Every capitalist country has a ruling class that controls its government to act in its interests. Private Property means private property for a country's ruling class. The idea that Western capitalism is transnational and China can join in for part of the spoils and profits is an illusion. The greed of the ruling classes and the tendency of profits to decline means that ruling class must come out to defend their national interests against both those living under the yoke of its foreign capital and the working class in their nations.
