  1. Everyone brings up stop and frisk but we always forget to point out it ALSO FAILED in addition to being destructive to targeted communities. A lot of people will forgive Bloomberg for stop + frisk if they think it might've worked - but it cost a huge amount (in terms of man hours) to implement and did not result in many quality arrests (i.e. Guns, organized crime, or homicide leads) Also, I think people feel a vague "New York is better after Bloomberg" vibe if they don't know much about the details. Plus, the man can buy the world. He's public enemy #1.
