  1. When you pump up the Art Investment scam, it damages your credibility. Just cause its low correlation doesn't mean its good. Edit: it also depends on a tax loophole, meaning you are vulnerable to the closing of that loophole which will crash the art market. And you only get the best returns if you are already high incomoe and can maximally exploit the loophole.

No duh cars and highways are a mistake, its the most inefficient way to move humans you can design. except private helipads i guess. cars being 'western' may have fueled adoption, but maaaan what a mistake, could take that money and fix the train system for much greater benefit. Making and moving 4,000 lbs of metal to move 150lbs of person will always be stupid, no matter the fuel source.
