  2. This device has a name - Chu-Ko-Nu. It was invented 2,000 years ago in China. The arrows were usually tipped with poison since the actual impact was weak. Its pretty much exactly this video, but horizontal crossbow style, with a lever for repeating pullback and auto release I believe. But a magazine of arrows like this thing you made.
