Or Hillary for that matter - I mean we thought she might drop out if exposed for rigging the primary, but of course she was and it didn't matter. Your comment makes no sense. And of course Trump lost the popular vote, badly (3million more people voted for Hillary. And I don't even like Hillary)

To be fair, it makes sense IN THEORY to make a deal for a "unity candidate" when no one scores a decisive victory, and delegates for candidates who dropped out after Super Tuesday should be free to decide who they will back at the convention. Its a fine idea. Its just BLATANTLY obvious in this case that the purpose is to destroy the most popular candidate.
