To be fair, Barr seems to have been ALWAYS an executive-power extremist. So he may not, in fact, have any personal loyalty to Trump. Garbage as his beliefs might be, he may have simply been pursuing his actual legal philosophy and has no interest in adapting himself to Trump's personal fortunes. I won't say much good about Barr, except that he's not a sycophant, its more that his sincere beliefs made him a good choice for Trump's ambition.

Saagar Trump is encouraging people to believe the election was rigged, is refusing to allow transition steps, and is endangering lives by focusing on bogus election conspiracies while people die of COVID. He's acting like a lunatic AND HE CLEARLY LOST. How f'd up do you think things would be if there were LEGITIMATE close calls? Trump lost by too much to actually pull off a coup. He would try if he could.
