omfg its not a stutter, he doesn't stumble over the words he says the entirely wrong words, forgets questions, and won't do interviews (cause they're afraid he'll blow it). Unlike anyone here, i actually watched Joe Biden's town hall in 2020 - and i had to keep rewinding because it wasn't making any sense. halfway thru he clearly started forgetting the questions and then launching into unrelated platitudes and his political muscle memory - it actually seemed fine with NO context, but made no sense if you heard the question. go watch it again if you don't believe me. Edit: forgot to mention - Trump is obviously senile too. we're fucked.
