So no discussion of environmental impact at all, huh? You can't discuss construction in 2022 and not even mention sustainability. And please, no one say 'wood is sustainable cause trees go back' - they would, if we weren't turning our forests to deserts with overlogging. Forests don't grow linearly and need time to recover, and 1 million wood houses a year in America alone is putting a lot of pressure on a limited resource.
