  1. Such engines where already build decades ago! I wonder wich trivial detail Mazda patented on this! 😆 Those engines just were not feasible back then because you have a hard time tuning this with a simpel mechanical injection, let alone a carburetor, combined with the complications in gas exchange this is a nightmare to get runing properly. It is realy the modern computing power and better understanding of gas exchange that makes this a real option.
