  1. Someone intensionally wrote the software to automatically ignore a sensor whose input seams like the sensor is defective, without thinking how the sensor inputs could be in reality. And that on the single most important input for the landing of a lander.... 😬 Somtimes I think maby they should give that budget to some really talented hobbyist to build those spacecraft, instead of some studied theorist.
