Gas stoves are so inferior to electric ones it's not even funny! Here in Germany we have the luxury of 3 phase power in our homes, and a 4,5kw induction stove is a completely insane experience all together! Also the control you have with better stoves is insane! Better ones have heat sensors in them that measur the temperature of the cookware, so you can set a heat on your Stew and leave! Awesome!
