  1. As an electrician, i was wondering how on erth you can push 500A through a cable thats not the size of a human arm! Answer is, it´s actively cooled!!! I would guess, those cabinets with the big wents on them are just for the cooling system! Normaly for 500A you at least need 240mm² per conductor, that would be a cable that weighs 4,5Kg per meter (3lbs per foot) from tha copper alone! 😬 And as flexible conductors with the isolation and stuff, it would be as thick as your lower arm. That think loocks more like a single 240, so i would guess they use 120 or 150mm² in two half circle shaped conductors with the cooling and data wires packed between.
