  1. 27:10 Rafe - if any diversity is good then it peaks at something like 5%, after that it is diminishing returns then going into negative feedback and accelerating decay. If I was planning a society I would habe some diversity yes, but how many curry houses does Bradford or Manchester need? Would not Curry Mile be far more interesting if there were 50 nations and their foods there? You don't want just one Thai or curry house, you want two or three for reasons of competition keeping them on-form, but after that there are no benefits to more, especially with the RoP. Think about it, one more Muslim isn't going to make Bradford more diverse is it? if they really wanted diversity then the government would be encouraging more Japanese and Papuans....

  2. 24:10 Amy, ever since they introduced uni tuition fees the students have become customers. The power to control the direction of the institutions became under the control of the students. Got to keep them happy. Our secondary schools although free arent much different, we should listen to children but we should not let them dictate to us. See the Greta Goblin for a great example.
