  1. The US yes, the UK no. Black people were rare in Britain until the second half of the twentieth century. And are almost all a result of immigration. This is another result of criticizing the majority to enhance the minority. Even in the US I feel they could acknowledge white slaves and indentured servants as well in the nature of truthfulness. I don't come from either country, but that's my view as an outsider.
