Charter from 1964. The Arabs at that time didn't self-identify as "Palestinians” or demand a Palestinian state. The so-called Palestinian ethnicity and the myth about the stolen Arab land of Palestine were invented by Yasser Arafat, and his clan in the early 1960s.

The Palestinians are the only refugees in the world that can pass on refugee status to their kids/ grandkids/ great grandkids in perpetuity so that they can get a lifetime benefits from the UNRWA welfare state and do not need to work. Meanwhile, the 100+ million other refugees in the world are served by UNHCR, get a fraction of the money per person the Palestinians get, and only get money for a few years before they are expected to move on with their lives. While the Palestinians get a lifetime of substantial payments of money and all their needs met by the UNRWA welfare state, while the rest of the 719 million muslims in the MiddleEast live in poverty.
