  1. International law has no legislative status, it is not a legal law. It cannot be legally enforced when a treaty is breached. International Law is nothing more than a moral obligation to act in good faith towards a country’s treaty obligations. International Treaties are frequently breached. Good luck to the EU and the House of Lords, they will need it.
