Article 80 of the UN Charter specifically states that the UN is obligated to uphold the mandates of the League of Nations and the mandate specifically states that the Jewish people have the right to establish a homeland in what they called Palestine which includes Judea and Samaria. The Israeli government was wrong to evict the Jews from their land in Gaza. The only occupied land is the Arab occupied Israeli land.

In 1947 Palestine was offered an independent state along with Israel but they rejected the two state partition…claiming all the land was theirs. Living in a country doesn't give you the automatically right to make it your country if you never ever ruled it. It was never taken off the Palestines because it was never their land to take …they never ruled.it from day one. They lived there as Arabs. It passed between rulers but NONE of them were Palestinian. Palestinians never existed they were Arabs from neighbouring Arab countries. Palestine is the birthplace of Judaism and Christianity. Palestine has been ruled by the Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Fatimids, Seljuk Turks, Crusaders, Egyptians and Mamelukes. The Ottomans 1517 /1917.   6. @Charles Brainard Southern Syria was known as Palestine. Palestine was part of Southern Syria. According to the Syrian Arabs it was part of Southern Syria and never belonged to the Palestinians as it was never a country. The Palestinians are Syrians.

  8. The UN partitioned the land into a two states. To accommodate both the Jews and the Arabs in 1947. The Arabs rejected their half of the partition because they wanted both halves. Their half and the Jewish half to prevent a Jewish state. It was never about borders or land it was always about preventing the state of Israel. In 1947 India and Pakistan managed the two state Partition of India into two independent countries. India and Pakistan were not as greedy as the Palestinian Arabs. Israel exists and is not going any where. It would be like asking India demanding Pakistan BACK and shooting rockets into Pakistan. 🇺🇸🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇱💪
