The President can veto it, because he has two-thirds of both the House and the Senate… so it won’t work because the Republicans have a majority in both the House and the Senate. To stop an executive order, Congress would need to pass a law stating that the President can't issue this particular executive order. If Congress manage to pass such a law, the President can then veto it, because he has two-thirds of both the House and the Senate… so it won’t work because the Republicans have a majority in both the House and the Senate.

While the word "veto" does not appear in the Constitution, the power of the President to refuse to sign legislation is clearly outlined in the Constitution: Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States: If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law.   8. Mr Tong parents didn’t cross the border illegally, they were here legally and applying for citizenship which can take years. Trump is not targeting people who are here legally applying for citizenship. It’s the illegal undocumented migrants crossing the border, the ones breaking our laws.

The President, can veto the legislation, in which case Congress may override the veto but only if they have a two-third majority in the House and the Senate….Mr Tong forgot to add that bit when he was talking about his court order.
