  1. The driver CPC is what you end up with when an EU official is asked to resolve an hgv driver shortage. They come up with a system that initially has exams & ended up with a system that creates pointless work that cost a lot to complete. Just to do a job that pays £10/hrs due to cheap EU Labour.
