  2. Did the policeman have to shot that poor woman in the neck. Could they not have grabbed and handcuffed her instead. Did they did need to shoot her on the neck which was fatal. The woman’s family must be devastated. It not just Capitol Hill that Riots have been happening. There was rioting in Portland and Chicago all year. Federal police faced protesters in Portland, Oregon on December 31, 2020 Rioters threw multiple firebombs at officers and at the Federal Courthouse in Portland. America needs to be more pro active in preventing riots from starting in the first place. That poor woman getting shot in the neck could stir up memories of George Floyd who died with a neck injury. American TV said the riot was infiltrated by ANTIFA.
