It would stop European judges in Strasbourg from overturning British rule in the deportation of migrants and forcing the processing of migrants. The Bill is aimed at ensuring that U.K. courts do not need to follow laws from the ECHR in Strasbourg and that the U.K. Supreme Court is the ultimate decision-maker.
