The civil service are intransigent in that, they are not willing to do what the government wants and people want and this is something that Piti Patel has to fight. The migrant processing must be done off shore on receiver ships. They cannot enter the U.K. This will take away the pull factor and the burden of having to fight the immigration lawyers that allow bogus asylum seekers to stay. The EU human rights act needs to be scrapped. I thought we had left the EU. Maybe in name only.
