It was their black African brothers & sisters that took the Africans to the African shore line and kept them in slave castles on the beach waiting for the next transatlantic slave ship to arrive. White slave traders never left the shore line. Warring African Chiefs captured enemy tribes and took them to the shore to be sold to the white transatlantic slave traders in exchange for guns & liquor, which gave the African Chiefs an advantage in the African tribals wars. This was the chain of the slave trade.
