It didn’t stop the US bombing Japan.

Let’s not forget the countries of Europe who collaborated and proved themselves more than willing to help the Germans hunt down and slaughter Jews.
1
The Allies could not bomb Auschwitz but they did drop Nukes on Japan.
1
US planes had to fly over Auschwitz to bomb ‘I.G. Farben’ who employed 35,000 Jewish prisoners. Didn’t seem to bother the US killing those Jews. So why not bomb Auschwitz?

The railroad tracks should have been bombed along with all the concentration camps.

The bombing of Auschwitz have given the prisoners a chance to overwhelm the guards.

Hundreds of thousands of Jews were being killed in the gas-chambers, there were 30,000 working in the camp. Sometimes it’s the greater of two evils. Do you kill hundreds of thousands to save 30. Over 600,000 Hungarian Jews were killed within ten months. With over 434,000 between 15th May–9th July 1944. These rapid killings would NOT have happened without the gas-chambers. The Germans didn’t have the capacity to shoot so many in such a short time. Nor did they have the resources, it was the end of the war. Hundreds of thousands of Hungarian Jews could have been saved rather than being walked straight to the gas-chambers on arrival. Shame on the Allies for not destroying the killing machines.

The Allied planes should have bombed the mass killing machines of gas-chambers -crematorium. It would have slowed down the mass killing of Millions of people on arrival. The number of Jewish people gassed was far greater than the number of jewish people working in the camp. Millions of Hungarian Jewish lives could have been saved. The constant train arrivals…without the gas chambers, would have caused chaos and overcrowding inside the camp. It could have given the prisoners a chance to overwhelm the guards.

The Allies were aware of the 35,000 Jewish prisoners working at ‘IG Farben’ but this DIDN’T stop the Allies bombing the IG Farben factory near Auschwitz.

@georgethomas7814 You must be surprised to learn that the US were aware of the 35,000 Jewish prisoners working at ‘IG Farben’ but this didn’t stop the US bombing the IG Farben factory which was situated near Auschwitz.

To Kathleen Lang… Are you astonished that the Allies couldn’t bomb a camp to stop the mass killings of the gas-chambers but could bomb Japan with nukes.

To Eric Williams … The Allies could not bomb the camp but they did drop nukes on Japan. You mentioned that military targets take priority when at war. What was the military target in Japan?

The constant train arrivals..without the gas chambers, would have caused chaos and overcrowding in the camp. This could have given the prisoners a chance to protect themselves.

To Kathleen Lang…. I do not mean to be disrespectful but I cannot agree with your comment. Bombing Auschwitz was about damage control, preventing death rather than causing it. Hundreds of thousands of Jews were being killed in the gas-chambers, there were 30,000 working in the camp. Sometimes it’s the greater of two evils. Do you allow hundreds of thousands to die to save 30. Over 600,000 Hungarian Jews were killed within ten months. With over 434,000 between 15th May–9th July 1944 these rapid killings would NOT have happened without the gas-chambers. The Germans didn’t have the capacity to shoot so many in such a short time.
