Yall in the comments just relax with the extreme rhetoric goodness. "Lock up the judges" wtf is wrong with you? Why are state legislators changing things and allowing courts to just release people? The judges can only follow the laws put in front of them. Bunch of ignorant, mindless, low information people out there.

2:49 so does this guy not believe in the constitution? Don't republicans always preach, your safety is your responsibility? But then they cry about things. Then load up on fake outrage over some random person because an "illegal" did it. The boogeyman 😂 The constitution requires bail,it requires it to not be excessive either. Same with punishments. And knowing how DA's work,the 15yr old will probably get a plea deal anyway 🤷 is the system perfect? No. But its what we have. It can always be improved but too many times people just want to go extreme with it. I don't believe in just releasing people, there's gotta be something but people also shouldn't sit in jail for months to years because they can't afford bail. The courts and jails have gone too far with it. Plus I'm sure still locking people up over simple weed possession in many places doesn't help. And instead of locking up drug addicts and using jails to house the mentally ill also,it's not working. Wasteful government spending on dumb things doesn't help either. It can be fixed but it won't happen over night. We didn't get here over night.
