  1. There wasn't a demand spike. It was people being greedy buying the entire shelf out for themselves. Apparently people don't know how to use a shower and washcloths if it came down to it...I saw people buying carts full of toilet paper like it was going out of style. Filling up big suv's. And really, only western countries use toilet paper,everyone else washes with water. It was greed by people that depleted the stocks.......greed.
