  17. The problem is people thinking they can fight cops,resist,don't have to do anything...."get my phone" is what people are always concerned about. Or the classic "i didn't do anything." "You can't arrest me" ........ then you get people interfering with things. Which just makes the situation worse.

  18. My state has a law that you cannot start your vehicle and leave it unattended. If it gets stolen then the cops don't do anything except ticket you for leaving your vehicle running and unattended. Because it's a prime opportunity for thieves. It takes 2.5 Seconds and your car is gone!!!
