  1.  @lvincent8843  In one of Sowell’s quotes, he attributed it to Western England. I don’t know if he was meaning Wales. Black boys and young men have a violence problem in many places in the Western world. My comment was about the irony of some of the culture. Western leftists are romantic and celebrate low culture and think that it’s original black culture, when some of it is low white culture. So. We are mostly in agreement.

  2. If you look at the FBI crime stats, black young men commit half the murders in the US. Its a tiny number of people given the narrow age range. Fatherless ness is at the root of this crime and when tracing fatherless ness, similar results happen with boys of other races. No politician wants to discuss this.

  3.  @Lamedvavnik  Yes. Thomas is great. Basically, celebrated low black culture is really low white culture from the south and can be traced back to low culture in England.
