  2. I recall the Mesa police department giving confusing orders to a totally drunk guy. He was trying to comply. The knucklehead was “aiming” a broom out of a window and the cops were called. They ended up shooting him the hallway because he was confused. “Get on your knees, (he does), cross your legs (confused but does it), crawl towards me (confused, falls forward). Gets some AR action. Didn’t “comply”.
