@pinkchilldivestmentor The red is suppose to represent his royal heritage and his red uniform. His body and background are blended bec it makes the viewer focus on his face which can connect the viewer more to Charles. That's what the artist explained about his decision

@rosemaryh.4105 I think no one mentions it is bec everyone praised and admired Jimmy Saville. Charles asked him for advice to improve the image of the royals bec he was so well liked. His secret life wasnt known until he was a very old age and many people fooled.
