  1. This is exactly what I was wondering about! May I ask how old you are? I'm asking because I'm 51 and want to know if it would be good for me to try. Getting up and down from the floor seems to me like a great way to strengthen my core and knees. Was hoping that floor sleeping may also help properly align my aging spine.
