The victim needs to report to the police not 3rd parties amd before ruining someone's life the material shoukd be reviewed with the claimant amd if it is incitement threats those are crimes We cant pretend to start reading minds If it's lies then the victim can sue in civl.court for defamation Everything else os just opinion amd is supposed to be free speech Amd if u cant speak against the gov to expose bad acts and hope to get things corrected then what's the point of any political debate questions concerns etc.... There is a line and it sounds like it was crossed the claim this channel content caused mental issues is subjective and u can get jist as many shrinks to say ues or no Bit the reality is we're all pretty possed at all our governments and how they are handling everything right now
