Out there just under a false impression that all workers work equally they don't every job I've been in have the people don't do their jobs and you end up doing part of their job just because it affects your own job and yet you want them to make $50 an hour why I'm trying to work my way up to get raises honestly by working hard and learning new skills? That made no sense

Not to mention each employee that you pay does not only cost them the money per hour they happy provide infrastructure for them to work at all the equipment that they used to process and produce anything not to mention all the taxes they have to pay the insurances like worker's comp liability not to mention the local taxes out of everybody's pay check which the employers have to match that also makes no says you're not supposed to have a minimum wage job your whole life

  4. A wage with his game and not to mention it cost the company to train the person for the job they get paid for training and the company also has to set up all the training materials and pay for it I mean it's ridiculous
