Yeah because if you think it makes sense for moms to work and stick their kids and take care 12 hours today and with the commuting to-and-fro. And everything else in their life? No. I think it's a big mistake to expect employees to see your vision and have the Passion and drive you do. It's not their vision. They just need a job so if you want that you need to start offering profit sharing when you do your hiring and have a lot more serious independent conversation. During interviewing.

I think ivanka said it well when she was talking about how people are afraid of success. She said so many people have these great ideas and they never do anything with them and then someone else ends up creating it and I was like wow. That's like my mom and i'm fifty one and me and my sister were like that now we don't really care But yeah and that's the fear the risk. These companies. Take people take to create these companies and employ all these people to somehow comply with all the laws and regulations and tax stuff and try to produce a. Service or a product and make a living yourself it's not easy. And I personally don't want to be worried about if my 10 employees are gonna get paid because I didn't get them work for the next.
