  3. The reality is the President is the only one who has this type of immunity because he is the commander and chief of the country. And if there's a belief that he committed a crime. That's why it's called high crimes and misdemeanors. And then they do the impeachment process and then it gets confirmed by the senate. And then they refer the case to the Justice. Departmeotherwise, you'd have these wonky. Prosecutors all over the country trying to Sue your President every time he makes a decision.
