We had to basically hit every point in the phone call and every other company I worked for uh, like a time care exchange company, same thing every. Everyone I worked. We had to meet matrix and pass calls or be working towards bettering each time they grade us. I work for Netflix for a little while. I worked for hsn. I've worked the seasons for the Sherri berries and every single job I've ever had, where you're basically have to meet matrix and get certain scores and certain things if you don't do on the call.
