Oh, not to pay their rent with all the extra unemployment money. We know the huge mistake. And a lot of people took advantage of them because you got to realize higher paid. People got 600 a week on top of their regular unemployment, and so did people who would only get 200 a week or getting 800 and something people who would normally get 1400 a week. Were getting 2000 a week, I mean. And they were just allowed to sign a paper saying I can't pay my rent with no proof of not being able to pay rent

  2. They destroyed the real estate market, the property management market, the rental market, the home sales market. It still's not gone down. They got $80000 properties for a 140 to a $180000 here. In Fayetteville so I'm sorry. I believe what I see in the market that I've been watching for probably 20 something years off. And on as someone interested in someone who has bought and sold property and someone who used to sell real estate.
