Rich people pay taxes but they also use debt to finance income.producing assests through llc's corps and.partnerships So u borrow 5 million and don't make a profit for 5 years as u pay down ur loan and interest which reduces ur taxable income u dont pay taxes on debt but u can deduct the interest on that debt When u raise the Corp rates u are also screwing the service industry who file 1120 tax forms and very small businesses
