And the damage is irreversible sadly a few may come out OK but usually your personality is formed during the forst 5 years that's why they call them you formative years your supposed to be taught many things mostly by the mom love care right wrong empathy and nurtured coming from an abusive alcoholic family myself in foster care at 9 jivy amd placements later u feel hopeless alone amd robbed of a life me I jad to disconnect because the verbal abuse and even identity theft we were more left alone and fed and clothed to aviod social services but we had a secret oir dad beating our mom screaming mad drunk etc bit theres no fiving this not really they jist doing the best you can and keeping them out of your life
