People need help and they always give them these impossible Hoops to jump through be here be there or be here do this do that and at the same time expecting them to get their whole life together all by themselves it makes no sense people need a mentor who's going to stick with them and get on them like a parent and be like hey come on you know and how many times people just need someone to listen to them and help them to let things go and forgive their families and people who screw them up because 9 times Outta 10 that's the problem people are broken I've been broken

The biggest problem is prisons juvenile foster home child protective services they've all created quotas even law enforcement and when you have quotas in an environment of Public Service people make the bad decisions with the stress of the quotas and the whole prisons being owned by the private sector and we basically have to how so many to meet contract I mean it's just ridiculous this is Public Safety and public service there should not be no quotas

And many times I people just need a good family counseling you know but of course I can't afford it but you have to make it a positive not negative and I'm telling you that would really help a lot of people get their frustrations out and help them get a plan to make things better for themselves and really help them with the plan not just give him a bunch of papers and say do all this good luck oh and by the way you have to meet me twice a week at 10:30 a.m. so make sure you have a job where you can have that time off which is unrealistic

All authority sitting there could be little offices from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and while the people that they're supposedly helping are running around like a chicken with their head cut off trying to get to their appointments and work on the checklist they have but they are trying to find work take care of their kids fix their lives get back on their feet and it's just an impossible task it's a constant Rat Race nobody's going to hire you where you have to take 2 days off a week
