This has got to start at the local level I mean cots and community used to work together to help the citizens even one people get a rest that you had AA community support to help them get back on their feet or help with their if you I mean that is what need to change you need to look at places were officer of the have good relationships with their communi I've seen a lot of videos about it and find out how they are doing it I mean what is the federal government going to do about local police departments what can they possibly do but have some guidance of something I mean it makes no sense
