  1. The only one who can do anything about this is the actual city manager in the area with the mobile home parks and that they need to communicate with the mobile home owners and discuss the situation and come to some kind of agreement and because if the owners want to sell there's nothing anybody can do and the tenants are gonna have to figure something else out its sad but this happens in all types of place not jist mobile homes people buy apartment building and give 30 days notices to vacate for rennevations even hotels that are run like weekly efficiencies can be vacated and closed for rennovations alot of times they'll close down half And even when you're renting a house your landlord could call up at any minute and say Hey the owner has put this home up for sale so depending on who's gonna buy it oyet once you're leases up you'll have to vacate or sign a new lease with the new owner you know if they want to keep tenants we don't really know And this happens with owners who are getting foreclosed they'll collect the rent and then next thing you know somebody is knocking at your door with paperwork telling you you gotta vacateIt sucks but you have to work with the city they're the only ones who can work with the owners of these parks and then as the community itself you are gonna have to get together and either make some other arrangements sell them mobile homes and get into a rental maybe share roommate situationAntipathy also if you're on a fixed income and you put your rent in as a certain amount before and now it's going up you need to call your caseworker and see what they can do because a lot times the the program can give you the extra money for that rent like a housing allowance depending on your situation and what they have available
