OK, we'll free speech as governed by 7 civil and criminal law. And in reality me, people have a right to Sue somebody who is personally. I've taken them publicly on a platform. And when x takes that down, you take away. That person's right to Sue them or to file charges against them like in the case of continually threatening them. I mean, for one thing you're not. The law and people have due process under the law, including civil cases in regarding free speech and criminal cases regarding free speech.. And if you have somebody to fame in somebody on the platform, it is not your responsibility. As a moderator to take something down. It is the right and responsibility of the victim to fight their own battles using our legal system. And really the victim should be the one reporting the platform if they want to. I mean, I would say inciting violence could be removable things because we can all agree on the terms of inciting violence. But all this other stuff, the personal individuals stuff. People need to have a right to fight their own battles. Whether it be, are you in back-and-forth or whether it be filing court cases or complaints. With the legal authority the proper legal authority

Yeah, but you also have to understand that people have to be able to exercise their rights and if you're being harassed on a platform, you have a legal right to report that person so that it triggers an investigation and if the platform is just deleting the person all without even having a discussion with the victim. That to me is a problem. I mean, we have to be able to allow people. There rights to Sue writes to file. A legal complaint of police repbut somehow within these platforms. It's somebody's harassing you in real life. You are collecting evidence and then you go to the authorities and say Hey. I think this guy's stalking me or a boyfriend. Who keeps threatening you online and changing accounts to keep coming after you while as a person with rights. You should be able to collect that and then turn it over to the police and it be used as evidence if you just cut the person off. Without talking to the victim within the platform or messaging them. Then you're basically taking away their rights by removing that person. And the problem with so-called trying to follow the law on a platform. Is there has to be some type of due process under the law? And that can't happen if people don't have the legal right to defend and pursue their legal path of ways to. Exercise their own rights. And the reality is victims can't collect the evidence that lawyers need to prove things in court

And even with this situation, you guys were just talking and anybody's jumping in. But you have people probably wanting to jump in and say something. But they can't, so even this situation needs to have some better type of system. I mean young few people might well just be on a call yourselves.

And I just don't even comprehend it. I even came from a bad abuse of alcoholic family. I don't even have relationship with my mentally. And I still uphold the Constitution of this country. I know the difference even when I was a kid between inside and violence against somebody like creating a mob. As a kid not to do stuff like that, I knew not to scream fire or call in a bomb threat at at a very young age. I knew not to call people. Mainame that that I know that I know what a debate is. I know how to have a argument without personally attacking the other person. I know not to publicly lie and tell a group of people lies about another person. And I know that I'm allowed to tell the truth about a person if I can supply the evidence of it. I mean all these things that we learned from all the adults around us. Teachers coaches The guy who owns the arcade. Heck, I think the best live advice. I ever got was from college courses. I took from people who were just doing this or from my foster. Parents and even the juvenile detention staff when i was a teen runaway. Im 52 and cant believe how lost our media and elected officials are and dont get me started on law enforcement and the coirts and even for myself dealing with the courts and juvy amd all that i never once felt like inwas being mistreated by the adults imvolved with me and there were alot from age 13 to 18 from my fister home socialnworker to the teacher at the juvy center and the staff at the group hokes i always felt safe and treated appropriately at all times And I don't even want to know what foster kids in juvenile detention. Heads are being put through nowadays

Well, first you need to hold a major debate class. Because anybody that you're talking about doesn't know how to debate. I have never seen a debate between anybody for many years. And I used to be part of the debate club so I'm pretty well versed on how debates are supposed to be happening.
