What i've noticed about the Youtube content creators and even our mainstream media is there calling advertisers Sponsors This creates a definitely different relationship than if you're just a Selling advertising space on your content. And that's what your language needs to turn into. And any contracts where they don't have any sponsor look up the definition between advertiser and sponsor and you'll see the difference. And that's why these people are getting away with this stuff. The desktop when you use the terms. This is sponsored by blah blah, blah. That's not a commercial you're saying that they are sponsoring us? As a advertiser, it's not the same thing as just an advertiser buying ad space.

Well, the reality is the only recorse you have is going to court amd they jave to show caise why yoi werent paod then a jidgmemt woild be emtered bit tjat take lawuer momey and time they know you all comtemt.creators know nothing about dealing woth this stuff so they bamk on you jist cutting ties but if yoir not getting paos they arent doimg theor fonamces roght.and yoi want to.cut.ties with them.period amd.stay away from tje new.c9mpany.too

  4. Not to mention, you can't go and use unpaid accounts. Payables roll them into another company and replace them with stock options of a whole different company. That's illegal as hell I'm telling you. Run. Run, run as fast as you can. And you really have to do research on who you're gonna partner with.
