How do you know if 10% is reasonable affordable until you look at all the numbers of all the situation and even then how are you gonna know? What's affordable and what's not affordable when you have a healthcare system that's a complete failure? I'm sorry putting people on 35 medications. I've met people that have been prescribed 70 something medications. And they can't even explain anything about anything they just say the doctor prescribed me. This is what I take this is what I'm told to take that's it. I'm sorry that's a complete failure. They can't even resolve type two diabetes but yet we're still putting all this money into the health care system that doesn't work
