Anxiety is in ur head ur causing it nothing else I had it bad and figured out it was me thank god I didnt take a doctors advice to be on drugs the doctors have no clue how to treat it but drugs which only masks it on top of the side effects people with anxiety have an unreal view of the world and worry too much stop doing it and itll go away the more u feed into the worsr it gets
