Yea I was put on xanax and some anti depressant I told the doc I had anxiety he said are u depressed il gjve u something for that I was like huh I'm not depressed I was overwhelmed I knew this I had 2 surgeries and my dog of 13 years died all in 3 months they God for the I tenet I learned all kinds of stuff. Once I learned I was doing it too myself and I'd say what would the old michele do? Amd did it anxiety flaring or not and it start to go away
